An excellent one-stop resource!

This book offers invaluable personalised examples from the author, which really bring the content to life. The diagrams are clear, and the layout is both easy to read and engaging. Each chapter comprehensively covers the essential topics, making it a one-stop resource for anyone preparing for medical school interviews. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone aspiring to enter the field of medicine. It will save you a lot of time! I found the sections on the NHS and Ethics very useful as it gives a complete overview and specifics in how to address questions on these topics.

Brilliant ebook

A brilliant ebook and an invaluable resource for anyone preparing for medical school interviews. I wish we had something like this when my daughter was applying. I’m particularly impressed by how it encourages deep self-reflection and promotes reflective practice—skills that are beneficial for everyone, not just aspiring medical students.

Very well written piece

I think this guide is well-structured and comprehensive as it covered essential topics for medical school interviews, such as self-reflection, interview techniques, medical ethics, the NHS, and roleplay scenarios.

This is unlike any other as it also emphasizes the importance of personal narrative, and encouraged me to reevaluate and articulate my motivations for wanting to get into medicine.

The inclusion of practical tips and techniques like the STARS technique and the CAMP framework for structuring responses also gives the needed direction for answering interview questions which i personally found very helpful so as not to ramble off when answering questions

Additionally, it feels relatable. As someone that has just completed my first degree while having an interest in medical. Hearing from Esther reignited that flame to get into medical school

Very well written piece!

Very Insightful

The model answers provided were excellent. While it’s sometimes easier to write such responses in a written format like a cover letter, when speaking about it, it is easy to forget key details. Chapter 10 gave vital tips on how to overcome this mental block and deliver information more effectively.
