This program will help you prepare yourself for a Basic Fitness Assessment. This is also a great program for those looking to build their general military fitness, specific for the Basic Fitness Assessment.
As always, make sure you meet the pre-requisites and have the required equipment before proceeding with this program.

How to use it
Follow the program chronologically from start to finish, taking into consideration that your twelfth and final week will be when your assessment will take place, and that you should correctly adjust the program for that (adjustments made in program).
