I’m Gill Sealey, creator of The Neurospicy Hub, where I make gentle, practical tools for bendy-brained humans who want life and business to feel a little less tangled.

My work is for thoughtful, creative, often neurospicy people who like useful things, but not the pressure that can come with them. Some of my resources are for journaling, some are for small business owners, and some are for parents, planners and people who just need a calmer way to get things out of their head and into a shape they can actually use.

You’ll find journals, printables, planning tools, business support, tech guides and the occasional slightly quirky idea that started with, “Ooh, this might help someone.” Everything is designed to be practical, friendly and flexible, because real life does not usually arrive in neat colour-coded blocks, however much some of us keep hoping it might.

Whether you’re planning your month, resetting your business, dipping back into journaling, creating resources for families, or just looking for something that helps your brain breathe a bit, my aim is always the same, to make things feel clearer, lighter and more doable.

You don’t need to be perfectly consistent, beautifully organised or in possession of a grand master plan. You just need somewhere to start, and permission to do it in a way that actually works for you.

When I’m not writing, coaching or making new resources, I can usually be found drinking tea, playing with colour, talking to my dog as if she’s a business advisor, or dreaming up calm, creative tools that make life feel a little lighter.
