By signing up and making payment for your chosen option, you agree to the following terms and conditions: You may not redistribute, resell, share, alter, or publicly display any Irene School of Garden Design notes, videos, or materials on any platform, whether online or in person. Payments and deposits are non-refundable after the seven-day drip schedule, and study materials are non-transferable. Cancellation is permitted within seven days of purchase or payment. In some cases or conditions, or if materials have been downloaded, the a full refund may not apply. Drip Schedule: For Easy 3 payment options, educational products are released gradually over seven days in a “drip schedule” to protect both parties. A maximum of 2 download attempts are allowed for content that is downloadable. The video materials are not downloadable. Access may be revoked for misuse or suspicious activity at the sole discretion of Irene School of Garden Design management. Access can be extended in unforeseen circumstances if all fees are paid, written notice is provided, and management approves. Some materials are complimentary and may include copyrighted or fair use content (PDFs, handbooks, images, notes etc.). These are for personal and educational use only and may not be distributed, printed in full, or sold. Copyright remains with original authors; such materials are curated for educational purposes and are not part of your purchase. Irene School of Garden Design is an independent provider of educational products, not registered with the Council for Higher Education in RSA, as residential garden design is not formally recognised in RSA at this time. Educational materials are intended to assist with garden design skills or hobby engagement, but is/may not be accredited or recognised by formal bodies. Use of our name as a place of study requires prior permission. We strive for accuracy, but materials and online content may be updated without notice. Products may aid career development in residential garden design, but professional registration may be required for certain industry areas. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from use of our products or for access issues beyond our control, including those related to Payhip streaming services. Payhip is simply a provider of the LMS service, and we reserve the right to change providers if needed, in which case your materials may be available to you from another platform or hard copy. Our commitment to your access is limited to 24 months, however, your access will continue after. Products are digital and require you to provide your own internet, data, and devices; stationery and drawing tools are not included. Assistance with electronic drawing tools may be offered but is not included as part of your purchase. User Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in hacking, phishing, spamming, uploading malware, scraping data without authorisation, fraudulent conduct, posting illegal, harassing, defamatory, or hate speech content, selling accounts, sharing accounts, impersonating others, or creating fake accounts. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account at the sole discretion of the service provider. Limit of Liability: Irene School of Garden Design provides its educational products and services “as is”, without warranties. We are not liable for interruptions, losses, or defects in service or product, including site downtime or technical issues. Our maximum financial responsibility is limited to fees paid only during the seven-day refund period. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, such as lost profits, revenue, or data. If misuse results in a claim or legal action by a third party, you agree to indemnify and hold Irene School of Garden Design harmless from any resulting costs or damages. By signing up and paying, you consent to the terms here mentioned, and the internal handling and storage of your personal information and to being contacted as needed, as required by South African law. For disputes, enquiries, or assistance, please contact Irene School of Garden Design via provided email addresses and allow up to 14 working days for a response. Note that the Payhip mail system is not our official line of communication. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
