VIP Notifer

Looking to add something in game where someone with a certain rank joins the game and notifies other ranks. This is perfect if you have groups who's main task is to guard. Easy to add different groups who get notified for when the VIP joins the game. Easy to change message.

(Sith Studio group causes people to get notified, must be in group to receive notification if someone is in group that joins)
