Tweetable Handwarmers by Cynthia Hyslop

We’ve added some additional options to our “tweetable handwarmers”. Originally part of our Advent Box collection, we’ve now added a variegated option to our original “winter white” design. This fingerless mitten pattern uses design features that work well with variegated and striping yarns.

You'll need:

• 50g fingering weight yarn; samples shown in Ancient Arts Hat Trick - Ride the Pine and Ancient Arts Touchdown - Calgary (80% superwash Merino wool, 10% nylon)
• 2.75mm needles for knitting in the round (double points, or 2 circulars or 1 long circular) - or size req for gauge;
• wool needle for seaming; and 
• Optional: Two 10m lengths of fingering weight yarn for stitching 

Finished measurements: ladies medium (7.5” - 8” hand circumference). For smaller or larger sizes, use a knitting needle one size smaller or larger than your “at gauge” needle.

Gauge: 28 stitches and 43 rows equal 10cm in stocking stitch.
