Breaking The Bond
If you've ever asked yourself, "Why do I still miss them? Why can't I let go? Why do I keep going back?" — this is for you.
You are not crazy. You are not weak. You are not broken. You are responding the way human beings respond when they've been caught in a cycle of hope, pain, and relief. That cycle has a name, a trauma bond — and it can be broken.
But awareness alone won't do it. The bond isn't just emotional; it's psychological and physiological, and it has to be unlearned, on purpose, in stages, with support.
That's exactly what this program is. It's the map.
Breaking the Bond walks you through seven stages, from seeing the pattern clearly to understanding why you got pulled in (and why that was never weakness), to creating distance, grieving, and finally coming home to yourself and walking free. At every stage, my voice walks you in through the audio, and your pen carries you through with deep, honest reality-check exercises built for real movement — not just another thing you read and forget.
You don't have to keep confusing survival for love. And you do not have to do this alone.
What's inside:
- The Breaking the Bond Workbook — a beautifully designed, printable guide through all seven stages, with the deeper reality-check exercises, writing space, and a checkpoint to ground you before each step forward.
- The 7-part Audio Series — one guided audio for each stage, in my voice, to listen to before you write. Walk it at your own pace, as many times as you need.
- Crisis & support resources are included throughout, so help is always within reach.
-
This is for the person who is tired of the pattern and ready — not perfect, not fearless, just ready — to begin the road back to themselves.
The truth is medicine. Awareness is power. And the right support can change the entire direction of your life.
