A 14-Day Body + Mind Spring Reset
Sometimes you can be doing all the “right” things and still feel like your body needs a reset.
You may be eating reasonably well but still feel bloated, heavy or sluggish. Your digestion may feel a little off, your energy isn't quite there, or you've simply reached that point where you want to clear things out and start fresh.
This is a 14-day seasonal reset that I've used and refined in my practice over many years.
It is the kind of reset you can do 3-4 times a year to keep your system functioning well.
I didn't want this to be only about food because my approach has always been integrative. I like to look at the whole person (mind, body and emotions) because they're rarely working independently of one another. That's why I've added three guided meditations to help you stay present in your body, calmer and hence, making better choices.
The food reset:
The first six days gently simplify your food around fresh vegetables, fruit, bitter greens, herbal teas and protein support. The guide then takes you through a gradual reintroduction, bringing back foods such as eggs, fish or chicken, seeds, fermented foods and healthy fats rather than suddenly returning to your usual eating.
You'll have clear daily instructions, food lists, teas, alternatives and a simplified option if you find the full version too difficult.
For your inner world:
Alongside the food plan, you'll receive my guided Body–Mind Spring Reset audio.
In Chinese medicine, spring is traditionally associated with the Liver and with movement, renewal and change. The audios included offer an opportunity to slow down and turn your attention inward.
In audio 1, I'll gently guide you into your body, noticing sensations, areas of tension, emotions, thoughts or images that may be present, without needing to analyse or force anything away.
From there, we'll create some space for softening and letting go, while reconnecting with a sense of movement, possibility and renewed vitality. You can listen to it throughout the 14 days whenever you feel you need to settle, reconnect or simply take some quiet time for yourself.
In audio 2, I'll guide you to help you slow down, settle your nervous system and reconnect with your body. Using calming imagery and indirect hypnosis, the process invites you to release accumulated tension, emotional heaviness and old patterns without forcing anything. It supports the feeling of creating space, physically and emotionally, for lighter choices, renewed energy and a fresh beginning.
Use audio 3 (centering exercise) when you want a quick reset during the day or when you find yourself craving, stressed or anxious and needing some peace and calm back.

Think of it instead as two weeks to simplify, reconnect and reset, giving some attention to what you're putting into your body, while also creating a little space to notice what's happening within you. Once you have the program, it's yours to keep, so you can return to it when you feel you need a seasonal reset again. We recommend this reset to be done 3-4 times a year to keep your system functioning more effectively.
