Make the TGC Practicing Positivity Flashcards a part of your daily routine for charging your positivity powerpack!  The cards provide a set of generative questions or ideas to reset your focus, remind you of appreciative inquiry principles and assumptions to practice, and most importantly, reconnect you to your daily dose of positivity in action.

A few ideas to get you working with the Practicing Positivity Focus Cards are:  
  1. Pick a card and challenge yourself to notice the positive idea on the card as many times as possible throughout the day.
  2. Shuffle and pull a card. Use the message on the card to set an intention for  the day each morning for 7 days.
  3. Review the deck and select the card that most resonates with you at that moment. Journal on it each day for 14 days.
  4. Write an appreciation list related to the topic on the card each evening for 30 days.
  5. BONUS: share the Practicing Positivity quest you've chose with another person. If you're feeling brave or just want some company, gift them a deck and invite them to join you!

NOTE: The shiny penny version of the cards is coming soon but for now...here's the DIY VERSION to support your practice! DIY=You'll need to print off the cards on your own. In Microsoft Word, go to your Mailings tab and select Labels. Choose the Office Depot 612-061 (or any 3.33" (height) x 4" (width) label) for printing. Select a hefty card stock if you can and for extra protection consider having them laminated.
