Ottonian calligraphy and illumination workshop

The Ottonian Workshop will take you into the world of the lavish Illuminated Manuscripts from the Ottonian period from 919 - 1024 in Germany. You will learn how to create Ottonian calligraphy and illumination and by the end of the course you will have created a page of calligraphy with an illuminated letter from this time period - like a page out of a historical book.
