During these hard times for all of us, I decided to create a free 1 week meal plan and training plan for my family, friends, followers and all those people who want to start or continue having a healthy life and remain in good shape and health.
I have prepared for you a programe consisting of exercises and meal plan for one week that should keep you busy and healthy at the same time. The instructions are easy to follow and the exercises require no additional weights or machines, you only need a chair and motivation.
