> YES you can use it to make a ref of your own character
> YES you can just colour it in for funsies
> YES you can edit the lineart to better suit your needs [add hair, extra wings, whatever]
> NO you cannot distribute the blank template files
> NO you cannot resell the blank template file or base
> NO you cannot claim it as your own work [but hey that really just goes without saying]
