Swimming in Circles- A Foundation Paper Pieced Pattern

This pattern contains two similar dolphin patterns.

The first is a dolphin set in a triangle. when you sew four of these dolphins, it creates the top for a 20" mini quilt with a circle of jumping dolphins.

The second is a single dolphin set in a rectangle. This pattern comes in two sizes - 6" x 12" and 12" x 24"

The small versions of this pattern contains tiny pieces and as such is perhaps not a pattern which is suitable for beginner paper piecers (that said, if you are an adventurous beginner, please don't let me put you off!).

This foundation paper pieced pattern contains:
1. written instructions telling you the order to sew the paper pieces together.
2. Pictorial overviews of the pattern to help you orientate the pieces
3. A colouring sheet
4. Separate pattern pieces which include a 1/4 inch seam allowance.

Basic paper piecing instructions are not included, but I have included a few tips and a link to the paper piecing tutorials on my blog.
