This is a more advaced Nutrition Guide for Fatloss where you will be taught about tracking Calories & Macronutrients. There are 3 different calorie & macro templates to help you reach your Fatloss goals. There is a guide on understanding what calories and macros are, as well as sample meal plans for each template. The aim of this guide is to teach you how to manage your own food, using a flexible dieting approach. If you are new to MyfitnessPal - I have a step by step guide for setting up your calories and macros.
As well as this - there is a deeper knowledge on Macronutrients and Micronutrients, with the functions of each, and their sources. There is a very important section on factors that influence the scales - which I hope will help everyone take their mind of the weighing scales and understand that the number on the scales can fluctuate regularly.
There is also sections on Pre and Post workout nutrition, and emotional eating vs mindful eating.
