🔩 MACHINING STRATEGY

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1 — FIRST FIGURE-8 GROOVE PATH


The tool begins at the calculated internal starting diameter. Synchronized X/Z passes progressively machine the first groove path through the programmed bore length while increasing the groove diameter in controlled increments.


2 — SECOND 180° GROOVE PATH


Once the first path is complete, the cycle resets and generates the second synchronized path from a 180° spindle phase. The second path crosses the first to produce the complete internal Figure-8 lubrication groove.


FIRST PATH → PROGRESSIVE X CUTTING → RESET → 180° PATH → COMPLETE FIGURE-8 GROOVE
