EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE – PHYSICAL & DIGITAL PRODUCTS (2–10 LISTINGS | 5,000–250,000 SALES)

This license allows you to use Louie Vanille designs to create and sell physical and digital end products, with a limit of 5,000 to 250,000 total sales per product (per listing), for 2 to 10 different listings. 

This license is designed to protect both the designer and this small business from misuse or unfair commercial practices. Each design is carefully created with time and dedication. By purchasing and using this license, you agree to respect the work and ensure it is not used in a way that competes with or harms the original products.

LICENSE TERMS

• This license is valid for one (1) product listing only.

• You may create and sell digital end products using the licensed designs, up to 500 total sales per product.

• You may also sell physical end products up to 500 units without purchasing this license (this is already included with your original purchase).

• If you wish to sell more than 500 units, you must purchase an Extended License. • You are not required to give credit, but attribution is always appreciated.

• Your end product must be transformed and combined with other elements. The original design must not be the main standalone asset.

• Your product must be your own creation and add value beyond the original design.

• Purchase of this license does not transfer ownership or copyright. All designs remain the intellectual

property of Louie Vanille.

• Your receipt confirms your right to use the design according to these terms.
