Batch2: 70% Dark Chocolate Rum Bar

A delectable 70% Dark Chocolate made from roasted Callebaut Cocoa Nibs. The rum is very very light in this bar and it honestly tastes is only dark chocolate. The price on this one matches cost as the bar did not match what I was hoping for, but the chocolate base is good.

Perfectly tempered to melt in your mouth, for a rich velvety taste.
