Character Design with Explorative Studies - FULL COURSE

This beginner oriented course is designed to make the process of studying and learning drawing characters much more enjoyable and engaging through a technique i've developed called Explorative Study/Copy. We''ll use this technique to learn how to make cartoon characters in an easy and fun way.

The course is divided into two parts:

The Method

• In the first section, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of Explorative Study. Learning the tools and method so you can really learn easily from any type of reference being real life or drawn. It’s an approachable way to learn from the masters and improve your skills without feeling overwhelmed.

Creating Cartoon Characters

• Armed with the knowledge from the first section, we’ll move on to applying it in a practical, beginner-friendly system for making cartoon characters while introducing new concepts related to character design.

By the end of the course, you’ll have gained a powerful tool for studying art aswell as the basics of character dessign to easily build upon.
