The most frequent question is, “how are you?” and one of the common answers to that question is, “I’m ok”. Are You Really? Let’s face it, we are not always ok, and that is totally fine. It’s ok not to be ok, we are human and are expected to have rainy days.

But what do you do when everything is not ok? What do you do when you feel depressed? What do you do when you are going through monetary struggles? What do you do when you are spiritually, emotionally, and mentally drained? What about when you are going through a separation or a divorce?

Often times we struggle in silence and feel as though the world is against us or that we have no one to confide in about certain situations. That is where Journaling plays a part in your life. Journaling helps you put things into perspective and alleviate some of those doubts and frustrations.
