When Sarah leaves the doctor's office later she wears a special ortho-wedge shoe on her left foot. It's a nice October day and she decides to go for a little walk at the sea because she told her boss that she cannot come to work anyway. So we see her limping with the funny shoe to the nearby church-yard where she walks around the church and also takes a short rest on a bench. At the end of the clip she limps out of the church-yard again.
