Vanitas

Vanitas is the second group project from the Nepenthe Network.

Vanitas are best understood as still life paintings, popular in the Netherlands, which contain collections of objects symbolic of the inevitability of death and the transience & vanity of earthly achievements & pleasures.

In this work are 10 poems contributed by members which relate to this theme.

Potential triggers include minor mentions of: violence, suicide, blood, horror, etc. There may also be some dysphoric elements as they relate to theme. Generally all mentions are mild and not excessive. However due to the unusual nature of the theme we felt it was important to include these discaimers.
