My one month makeover is a complete 30 day diet and exercise guide written by a qualified medical doctor. It is desgined to be followed for 30 days to help you to lose weight and tone up but can be repeated as many times as you wish. You should expect to lose around 12lbs each time the program is completed.
The package includes:
- An introduction and about me section
- Before and after photographs of the author
- A 30 day meal plan based which is largely fish and vegetarian based and includes three meals per day and one snack. There are options to swap and change elements of the meals to suit your tastes and the food is easy and fast to prepare with ingredients available in all supermarkets.
- Recipes for all meals are included.
- A day by day detailed exercise program which can be done in the gym or outside and includes several rest days.
