These are my favorite daily warm-ups and vocal exercises to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and improve pitch.

They are technique-focused and style-neutral, designed to prepare your voice for any kind of singing, including jazz and expressive styles.

I recommend practicing them regularly and always listening to your body. Never push the voice. Progress comes from consistency and ease, not force.

Start with the Introduction (track 0), then continue through the warm-ups and exercises in the numbered order. They are arranged intentionally, so please follow the sequence.
