6 - Julia Hard Collar (Part 1)

Das Video beginnt mit Julias Heimkehr nach einem zweistündigen Krankenhausaufenthalt. Es ist ihr erstes Mal in ihrem Leben, dass ihr Nacken immobilisiert ist.

Julia kommt mit ihren Rezepten und medizinischen Anweisungen in der Hand an. Sie hat starke Schmerzen, ist müde und schläfrig aufgrund der entzündungshemmenden Medikamente, die sie im Krankenhaus eingenommen hat. Dann bereitet sie sich ihr Frühstück zu und isst es mit großen Kauschwierigkeiten.

Anschließend macht sie ein paar Fotos und schickt sie ihren Freunden mit der Bildunterschrift: „Leute, seht euch meine Situation an! Ich sehe aus wie ein Roboter mit dem Ding am Hals, das ist so lustig.“

Zum Schluss cremt Julia ihre Füße ein und nimmt einen Vlog über den Unfall und das Gefühl mit dem Hard Collar auf. Dann legt sie sich schlafen, da sie immer noch starke Schmerzen hat und müde ist.

Julia was practicing Pilates at the gym. After making a mistake, she felt severe neck pain and screamed. Her instructor immediately called an ambulance. Julia was taken from the gym on a stretcher straight to the hospital. Once there, the doctor ran some tests and determined that Julia had a mild neck sprain. The doctor told Julia that the correct treatment would be to take an anti-inflammatory and rest. At that point, Julia said she couldn't sit still and that this would be difficult due to her busy schedule. So, the doctor decided to immobilize Julia's neck using an adjustable Aspen Hard Collar. He recommended that she wear the collar for a few weeks until the neck pain subsided.

The video begins with Julia arriving home after a two-hour hospital stay. It's her first time in life with a neck immobilization. Julia arrives with her prescriptions and medical instructions in hand. She is in a lot of pain, tired, and drowsy due to the anti-inflammatory medication she took at the hospital. Then, she prepares breakfast and eats it with great difficulty chewing.

Next, she takes some photos and sends them to her friends with this text: "Guys, look at my situation! I look like a robot with this thing on my neck, it's so funny."

Finally, Julia applies moisturizer to her feet and records a vlog about the accident and what it feels like to wear the Hard Collar. Then, she lies down to sleep, as she is still in a lot of pain and tired.
