I was a life long yo-yo dieter...

Then I looked deeper into the subconscious mind, and re-trained as a Subconscious Mindset coach for entrepreneurs and business owners. I was helping people make thousands in their businesses by uncovering the deep beliefs they had about themselves...every day felt like an epiphany moment for my clients, it was incredible to see.
I then took a break. I had jumped into life coaching after losing my mum but never really gave myself a chance to grieve, and so I needed some time away to take care of myself.
That's when I decided to take the tools I had been using to help business owners, and experiment with them to lose weight, get healthy and take back control of my life and body - AND IT WORKED!

I was so self conscious when I started my journey, there was no way I was stepping in a gym.

This is NOT a fully fledged exercise programme, and you don't need to exercise for this to work.
Exercise helps, we all know that, but there's so much more to weight loss than exercise.
