What is forgiveness?

What kind of actions does a person take to be forgiven?

Young minds will be able to answer these questions and more with the task cards included as they go through various scenarios which will open topics of discussion pertaining to this subject matter.

Every statement is followed by a true or false answer for students to ascertain their response. Includes a task card recording sheet.

 

Students can complete this task card set on their own, with a partner, or working with an adult.

 

Teaching forgiveness will help students recover from experiences that sometimes may hurt them into adulthood and have higher chances to reconcile with their peers. This will create mutual respect and understanding in the classroom and allow students to be able to better say "I'm sorry."
