No problem at all — this program is designed for all levels. I’ll guide you step-by-step, and we’ll adapt every workout to your comfort level while building strength and confidence.


Do I need any equipment?

Most workouts can be done with just your body weight! Optional light dumbbells or resistance bands can be added later as you progress.
