For a while I have been wanting to create my very own recipe book. Since launching my bakery, Ve-Bakes, it has definitely been on my to do list.

 

It just took a pandemic for me to get around to it!

 

The book I treasured whilst growing up baking with my Mum and Nana was the ‘Be-Ro’ Book. My copy is well-loved, covered in numerous stains and has little folds in the corners to mark my favourite recipes. It has even inspired a few of the recipes in this book. Some of my other inspirations include Michael Roux, Mary Berry and Nigella Lawson.

 

I hope that this E-book will be loved and used in a similar way.

 

No need to panic if you don't have a fancy electric mixer, I'll be giving you some tips and alternatives throughout the book.
