Hello. My name is Mark Taylor - I am a registered psychologist working in private practice in Canberra, Australis.  I work with many clients who see me for anger-related difficulties.  I am very interested in the area, professionally, and thought it time I provided affordable resources for people to use, irrespective of where they live.  This resource is for therapists. 

The importance of keeping good session notes cannot be under-estimated or overlooked. Most importantly, it helps you the therapist in guiding and informing the treatment of your client.  Secondly, it helps you in meeting any reporting requirements that may subsequently arise with respect to your clients. Remember to keep such information secure so that client confidentiality is maintained.
