Purpose
The Hypertrophy Program is an 8-week, 3-day plan designed to increase muscle mass, improve movement competency, and prepare the body for strength development. Using a Lower / Upper / Full-Body split, this program emphasises time under tension, controlled tempo, and progressive overload, creating a solid foundation for future strength-focused training.
