In a town where colors are hidden, a magical rain brings them out, inspiring a boy named Pax and a girl named Lila to paint a mural that brings joy and color to their gray town. When the colors start to fade, they realize they must create their own, and together, the townspeople build a giant, colorful kite, ensuring their town, now called Hueville, will forever be bright and vibrant.
