This Litany on Liberty was written for annual Juneteenth celebrations and is also appropriate for other celebrations of African and African Diaspora freedom and progress including King Weekend, Watch Night, Jubilee Day, Black History Month, Independence Days, Emancipation Days, Kwanzaa, and more.
