Drop-In Strength Training

DROP-IN small group strength training class.   Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm - 8pm and Saturdays from 9am - 10am at The Fields at RFK in Washington, DC.  Please select date the date that you will attend class. Exact meet-up location details will be emailed to you.

The class will focus on building lean muscle, while sculpting and toning the body.  We will use bodyweight exercises, as well as resistance bands and weights.  All participants will need to bring their own resistance bands and weights.  If you do not have equipment, please indicate such on the check-out questionaire and we will contact you to make arrangments for you to borrow or purchase equipment.

Due to Covid restrictions, group size is limited to 10 people.
