This template was created to keep track of all your assets and purchases. If you need to look back and find out how much an item cost, or when you bought it, all the details are just a click away.

This template contains an easy-to-follow database view with clickable tabs that can show your purchases in many different categories. You can sort your purchases by date, expense area, bank account and related area of the asset.

The data is easy to add. Just click on the "New" blue button on the right-hand side of the screen and complete all the relevant details. You can add an image of the item and even a scanned copy of the receipt.

You can add as many items as you want and over time this database will become an invaluable source of personal asset information.
