We meet Susy on her crutches with her sprained left foot in a white sock on the way to visit her friend Emily. She crutches along the street, crosses the railway tracks and then needs to crutch up a little hill.

Meanwhile Emily wakes up at home, she has a sprained right foot and struggles out of the bed and hops and limps around to collect her clothes, then she makes her way down the stairs and into the bathroom ...
