I Can't Believe It's Not Elvish!

I Can't Believe It's Not Elvish! is a TrueType font, inspired by the 'Tengwar' writing system used by the Elven peoples of J.R.R.Tolkien's Middle-earth.

Designed to look just like Elvish, but the font reads like English (or whatever language you're typing in!). If you use only lowercase letters, it looks a bit like Sindarin. But if you swap out a few lowercase characters for capital letters you'll get the lovely curls and dots and other diacritic marks that make it look more like Quenya!

The font comes with a full range of regular (Latin) accents (acute, grave, circumflex, cedilla, ring, dieresis, macron) which override the elvish ones - so words like déjà vu, piñata, cliché, château, smörgåsbord, māori, façade, will all display correctly!
