About the Author

Ivy Von Anderson (@umeko_chan) is a food enthusiast based in Edinburgh. She has a passion for home cooking, eating out and supporting vegan restaurants and a love of travel. She is keen to travel the world and experience all the different vegan flavours along the way so that she can bring them home and incorporate them into her cooking.

She’s also one of the founding members of The Vegan Newbs ( who offer a safe space for new (and veteran) vegans so that they can ask questions and learn about veganism.
