Demons & Dungeoneers! Character Sheet (Stimpli Tornstitle)
The gnomes of the Lands of Bavidirian are about the same size as halflings. They are a whole foot shorter than a dwarf but don’t see their height as a disadvantage. They are a very creative race renowned for their inventive minds. They create things most races do not understand, which they are proud of. They are intelligent with their coins and secretive with their ideas. Do not be surprised if something loud and intrusive comes your way. If so, it is probably a gnome with a new invention to impress the crowds or, for that matter, to destroy the peace.
Stimpli Tornstitle is not such a gnome. No inventions or creative ideas come out of his mind. He was not good in any endeavor his race would be proud of. He was a disappointment and often reminded so. It is when he decided to leave his people and explore the lands as a loner. With no coin in his name to afford a simple weapon to protect himself, he entered a society of pugilists that taught him to fight with his bare hands. He was often bullied and lost most matches, but that didn’t discourage him from looking for other work. Instead, he was determined to keep fighting and learning through experience. As time passed, he started to win matches and became a quiet wrestler and boxer. He started fighting in cage fights and earned good coins.
On his travels, he would encounter many thugs, bandits, and unruly creatures. He realized he could defeat all of them, for all he did was learn to fight, and he was good at that. Soon, he discovered the Dungeoneer’s Guild, and even though they were skeptical that he would be of any help, they realized that the small contracts given to him were too easy. Eventually, he could go on quests and bring peace to the town that was so threatened at one time. Today, Stimpli is a proud dungeoneer and is always ready for the next contract, for he knows he will find a way to complete it with sheer determination.
