This is a good meditation for relaxation at physical and mental level to allow you to quieten your thoughts and activities that are playing on your mind. The focus is on relaxation of the physical body, however, the effect of relaxation and letting go of tension or stress spreads through your body and mind once you are at a state of relaxation.
Best used seated or lying down in a comfortable position, with headset or earpiece for optimal impact and relaxation.
Put aside 15 mins or less to relax your body and mind to achieve healthy and happy living.
