In this clip Suzy the secretary has sprained her left foot and arrives in the morning at the office without shoe on the injured foot and on crutches. She crutches and hops around in the office and sits down at the table and props her socked foot on the table. Her boss comes and checks her socked foot and asks her to crutch around which she does. Then she takes the sock off and crutches around with the bare foot and at the end of the clip props the bare foot on the table and we get a lot of great close-up's off her little bare foot with nice nail-polish on her toes.
