What You Will Build Toward
During the Founding Cohort experience, you will work toward practical business-building assets: niche clarity and ideal-client focus; a market problem you can solve; a consulting, training, speaking, agency, or service offer; a simple service package and pricing approach; a client process and basic operating system; a responsible AI-supported workflow; an authority and visibility plan; and a 90-day implementation path. These are guided implementation outcomes for the Founding Cohort. Your progress depends on your participation, decisions, and follow-through. PBLA provides structured education, working tools, and support; it does not guarantee a business, income, client, employment, funding, or other specific result.
