Use this simple diary to help you practice daily gratitude.

Living with tinnitus is hard and it can really get you down.

Daily gratitude has been an important tool for me.

It may sound a little silly to say "I practice gratitude", but it works so well.

If you feel silly about expressing gratitude, it is time to change your perception.

You will not believe the power of feeling thankful for the people and things you already have in your life.

Try it out and see what you think.

Every day, fill out at least one section. You only need to answer the question quickly. Once you start to think of things to be thankful for, you will find more and more answers.

If you are having a bad day, this diary will be a good read. You'll soon be wondering why you got unhappy in the first place.

This diary is purposefully plain with nothing fancy. It’s easier to print out as there are no fancy pictures.

You don’t need to fill out every question, every day ;)
