LAB Leadership School
IS A FAITH-FUELED PROGRAM
WITH THE BIBLICAL APPROACH

LAB leadership school is part of the LAB Leadership Society requirement but also available to those ready to transition into their leadership calling. It prepares individuals for biblical leadership competency. It is packed with biblical studies to equip leaders to fill the gaps in their community with their God-given calling.
The purpose of this program is to develop leaders, retain leaders, and multiply leaders for the Kingdom of God.
The Vision
To create an organization of positioned leaders who are developed, supported, and empowered to lead with strength and integrity. These leaders will rise to meet the needs of their communities, bridging gaps, and fulfilling their unique roles as Kingdom builders. Through the LAB Leadership School, individuals will be guided to become thought leaders in their spheres of influence, paving the way for personal, spiritual, and professional impact.
The Mission
Leadership Development
Focusing on personal mastery, we aim to build the foundation of leadership from within. Participants will undergo a process of growth that focuses on their personal leadership competencies, aligning their skills with their faith and purpose.
Support
Offering guidance through the transitional phase, the LAB Leadership School helps leaders thrive in high-performance roles. The program ensures that participants are fully equipped to navigate the challenges of leadership, providing tools to maintain influence and grow into their calling.
Collaboration
Through active collaboration, leaders will learn to package their voice and expertise into programs, offers, or ministries that directly address the needs of their communities. This focus on collaboration ensures that leaders are not only effective but also impactful.
What is Leadership Competency?
Leadership competency is the blend of skills, behaviors, and abilities that contribute to superior performance. At the LAB Leadership School, participants will learn to apply related knowledge, skills, and behaviors that are essential to successfully perform as a leader. The program focuses on developing the capability to fulfill the mission of LAB Leadership Society: to raise, retain, and multiply leaders to meet the needs of their communities.
The Three Levels of Leadership Transition
Development
Leadership begins with discipleship, where participants will deepen their spiritual foundation and cultivate personal growth through biblical teachings.
Retention
Leaders will be equipped to maintain influence and integrity as they transition into fulfilling their calling or ministry. This ensures a strong reputation and consistent impact throughout the leadership journey.
Multiplication
The ultimate goal is to multiply leaders. By training and developing others, participants will extend their influence, raising up future leaders to continue the work of the Kingdom.
The LAB Leadership Framework
Cognitive Development
Participants will enhance their mental capabilities to navigate challenges and optimize performance through personal growth. This includes developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and intellectual functioning to lead with clarity and confidence.
Spiritual Growth
At the core of LAB Leadership School is a biblical approach to leadership. Participants will be rooted in faith and learn to lead under God’s guidance, with teachings on faith activation, biblical principles of leadership, and the promises of God.
Interpersonal Skills
Successful leadership requires the ability to connect deeply with others. Through active listening, effective communication, conflict resolution, and mentoring, participants will grow their capacity to influence and inspire those around them.
Strategic Development
Critical and creative thinking are essential in leadership. Participants will learn how to develop strategic roadmaps, identify gaps in their communities, and create innovative solutions.
