About the Author
Pa Moses Botu Okubite lived between 1869 and 1941. His first publication titled "A Short History of the Ijebuland" was published in 1930. After his demise in 1941, his late son, Francis Oluwole Botu, published the second edition of the book in 1945.
Pa Botu had no privilege of publishing some of his thought-provoking and impactful works before his demise but his children saddle themselves the task of publishing those works as a worthy legacy bequehed to them. His works had been thoroughly reviewed by some Yoruba scholars and adjudged one of the best materials from an Ijebu descent.
