Anything connected to your life, creativity, purpose, or growth. This includes mindset, taking action over anxiety, music, songwriting, business, branding, content, spiritual alignment, or simply having a safe space to talk and process.

3. Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Yes. Come with at least one main topic, challenge, or goal you want to focus on. Clarity around what you want help with allows us to use the time intentionally.

4. Is this therapy or mental health counseling?

No. This is not therapy or medical treatment. This is coaching, creative guidance, and personal development support focused on clarity, action, and alignment.

5. How long is the session and how does it happen?

The session is 60 minutes and takes place via private Zoom call. You will receive the Zoom link after booking.

6. Can I ask music specific questions even if I am not an artist full time?

Yes. Whether you are just starting, creating as a hobby, or pursuing music professionally, you are welcome to bring any music related questions.

7. Will I receive anything after the session?

You will leave with clear next steps and direction. You may also add the optional personalized recap and action plan PDF for an additional fee.

8. Can I record the session?

Yes, you may record for personal reference only.

9. What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.
