Twist and Turn Toy

An easy to make stuffed toy for a baby or toddler - experience says it can be used in the dressing-up box as a 'crown' later, Makes an ideal adult 'stress relief toy' as well. Its construction means that as it is held in one hand it turns and twists revealing new facets - or it can be manipulated to do so.
Uses up scrap wadding and larger scraps of fabric.
