LIVING MINDFULLY IN A CHANGING WORLD is a 259-page program designed to help individuals:
- Discover the inner peace and calmness that comes from believing in the purposefulness of life
- Understand the powerlessness of what exists externally to you and the power of what exists within yourself
- Perceive life as moments that provide direction, not a set journey
- Begin reframing ideas to enhance your happiness and self-confidence
You will gain a bit of information regarding the brain; recognize whether you are starting this process as a victim, survivor, or thriver; gain insight as to your current personal growth skills, learn and apply the definition to MINDFUL LIVING and the TRUE SELF, examine the viewpoints, ideas, and beliefs in the Lessons of MINDFUL LIVING, learn the TEN MINDFUL LIVING SKILLS, and use the 150 MINDFUL LIVING Essays to begin rebuilding your viewpoints, ideas, and beliefs. This will provide the information for you to have a sense of purposefulness and inner peace. This process will show you how to reframe your perspective, providing the opportunity to live your life fully and completely, being all you can be - to become your TRUE SELF; a Thriver.
At age 20, I was diagnosed with a chronic, incurable health issue and was told I couldn’t have stress of any kind. Moving forward, I needed to live my life in complete peace if I was to avoid extreme fatigue and paralysis. As I set out on this path, I found that not only was I helping my physical health but I was noticing a pattern regarding my choices. I found that listening to myself gave me the information I needed in order to live in peace.
