MTA Gang Zone Script

MTA Gang zone script made for owl gamemode, uses owl gamemode systems, such as hud, factions, mysql and account.

THE SCRIPT IS UNCOMPILED, WHICH MEANS YOU CAN EDIT IT HOW YOU WAN'T

The zone can be captured by having 2 members on and captured with a command /capture, admin can open the zone manager panel with command /zonas and manage each zone or add zones.
