Euclist (VST3, CLAP, AUv2)

Euclist is a polyphonic Euclidean rhythm arpeggiator that turns held chords into evenly distributed pulse patterns across up to 16 simultaneous tracks.

Instead of a single repeating figure, Euclist spreads rhythm around circular cycles. Each track sets how many pulses fire across a loop — in Bars mode over 1, 2, 4, or 8 bars, or in Cells mode across 1 to 32 cells — while Steps, Phase, and Playhead count shape where those pulses sit inside the cycle. Rotating playheads scan the ring and trigger notes on each active pulse, so the result feels like classic Euclidean spacing applied to live chord input rather than a rigid piano-roll pattern.

Held notes are routed across active tracks, with Stack adding octave copies for wider harmonic motion. Per-track Reverse, Playhead Phase, and AUTO regeneration let each lane drift, flip, or rewrite its pattern over time. Global Chance, Velocity Random, Start Random, Duration, Swing, Swing Resolution, and Sustain loosen the feel without breaking the underlying pulse geometry. Input Mode can follow live MIDI or use the built-in Generator for standalone auditioning.

Circular Each, Circular, and Horizontal views show the same Euclidean cycles in different layouts, with note labels, active-track borders, and live trigger feedback as playheads pass each pulse. Browse 32 preset states from Concentric Pulse and Triplet Swarm to Swing Shuffle, Phase Drift, and Chaos Theory. Header and track dice buttons make it fast to discover new pulse combinations, while track Solo and drag-to-swap editing in Circular Each view keep individual lanes easy to focus and rearrange.
