bouncing text animation

Credits (@witchxvs on tt) would be appreciated, however is not a necessity.

This animation is strictly only for text, when applied the animation goes off of when the text starts. Meaning if your text doesnt match up make the start of the text longer, if it still doesn't match your voiceline (or wtv you're using the text animation for), then please make the ending of the text longer and use twixtor to speed it up!
